All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions set out below. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions, together with your use of this website and any purchases made, are governed by the laws of Ireland and any applicable regulations.

You may only place orders for lawful purposes and for personal or business use. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. Delivery is currently available within Ireland only.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Euros and all payments are processed in Euros. Community Lights reserves the right to limit purchase quantities where necessary and pricing is indicative and may be subject to change due to changes in supply chains, freight costs, and order quantities/timelines.

We reserve the right to amend pricing, product availability, and specifications without prior notice.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated individually for each order based on the size, weight, and delivery requirements of the shipment.

All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services and may require a signature upon receipt. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Community Lights cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Customers will be notified where significant delays occur.

Delivery is available across the island of Ireland, however we may be able to quote for EU destination deliveries on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. All returns must be authorised in advance and received within 14 days of delivery.

Items that have been installed, modified, or used cannot be accepted for refund unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by Community Lights.

Any missing parts or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, replacements will be arranged promptly.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items may be exchanged or refunded if returned in perfect condition within 14 days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us on +353 87 113 7981 or by email at info@communitylights.ie - clearly stating your order details and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty items will be collected free of charge where appropriate. Please contact info@communitylights.ie for assistance.

Product Quality and Warranty

All products supplied by Community Lights are sourced from approved manufacturers and distributors and are covered by standard manufacturer warranties.

If a product develops a fault, customers should contact us with full details. Some items may need to be returned to suppliers for inspection before repair, replacement, or credit can be approved.

Where an exchange is requested, replacements will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

VAT

All prices shown on this website, including shipping charges, exclude VAT. VAT will be calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with Irish tax regulations.

Warranty Period

All goods are supplied with a standard 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Personal Information

We take data protection seriously. All personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Payment card details are not stored on our systems.

Retention of Title

Ownership of all goods supplied remains with Community Lights until full payment has been received.

Voucher Codes and Promotions

Promotional offers and voucher codes are issued at the discretion of Community Lights and may only be used by the intended recipient. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
